Juan José Rico holds a law degree from the University of Valencia, specializing in Business Law, and a postgraduate diploma in Business Association Management from the University of Valencia.
He has over 27 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, managing and addressing the needs of businesses in the sector.
He is an arbitrator on the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Valencian Community and a member of the Board of Directors of Valencia City Council’s Food Council, the Advisory Committee of the CEU-UMH Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Advisory Board of the certification body Kiwa. He is also a European Funds Project Manager and a Valencian Innovation Agent for the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencian Regional Government).
