Jesús Agüero holds a degree in Biology, a PhD in Biotechnology and a master’s degree in Business Administration, with experience in innovation, technology transfer and the development of the biotechnology sector.
He has built his career in technology-based companies and in academia, combining scientific, business and management experience.
He currently leads BIOVAL, the benchmark cluster of the biotechnology ecosystem in the Valencian Community, where he promotes public-private collaboration, investment attraction, innovative entrepreneurship and the design of strategic initiatives to strengthen the bioeconomy and regional competitiveness.
