Klaus Kienle holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the ZHAW School of Engineering and is co-founder of Food Brewer, a Swiss food and food ingredients company that produces and markets delicious alternatives to cocoa and coffee, using plant cell cultures and raw materials of the highest quality.
Klaus is an action- and results-oriented person, and this is also the essence of his company, whose ultimate mission is to secure key resources for the food industry, whilst eliminating geographical, climatic and ethical uncertainties.
